My research focuses on digital education, nursing education and healthcare practice. I am particularly interested in how healthcare professionals experience and make sense of digital learning in the workplace, including mandatory e-learning, simulation and immersive technologies. My wider research interests include inclusive and equitable education, professional identity, leadership, workplace learning and how technology can support meaningful learning in healthcare.
