Abstract
This thesis examines key conditions and characteristics of successful work for the government during
creating a proper strategical framework for the educational system. Starting from the point that in Saudi
Arabia, unfortunately, not enough reliable information regarding the efficiency of the tactical development
process within public education, this thesis evaluates that efficiency from the perspectives of students as
'users' of public education services. The research study addresses discrepancies among what pupils believe
and what the government officials in charge of schooling within the county. Although the research is limited
to the population of students at IT universities in Riyadh, the ambition was to discover reliable data about
current public education practice that provides useful insights for public education policymakers and, in
the end, to elevate standard of Arabia's public educational infrastructure.
This research was conducted among students in their last semesters in government institutions (fourth and
fifth years) with IT departments in Riyadh. It has included students from Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud
Islamic University, King Saud University, and Princess Nourah Bint Abdul Rahman University. Methods
by which primary data is obtained are online surveys, discussion groups as well as private conversations
and discussion.
Investigations indicated that public bodies' strategic thinking selections in prior times fairly affected the
quality among Riyadh's publicly funded IT graduate programmes. It proved that spending a lot of money
on schools had produced outcomes ensuring stringent requirements for reading, writing, arithmetic, and
other capabilities. However, the use contemporary educational methods and resources used realised to some
degree. The biggest space for improvements refers to new and contemporary ways of teaching and
education, multimedia programmes, and the possibility of online and distance education methods.
Graduated students are just mildly content with their IT education, specifically with equipment, computer based labs,
and the knowledge and skills applicability. They are adaptive and prepared to start work
immediately within a business or government agency, providing a range of scheduling alternatives or
permanent employment. As the space for improvement, students indicated ways in the area of education,
significant training in order to support instructors, a non-innovative curriculum, and further updates of
subjects, curriculum, and tools. In addition, there is an apparent low interest few pupils to construct their
run one's own company by engaging in innovative pursuits. They don't seem all that enthusiastic in
studying, building a profession, as well as living beyond Riyadh as well as the remaining major capitals of
the kingdom.
